Pincelar a forma com manteiga e polvilhar com farinha.</div>

Estender e pincelar com manteiga a folha de massa filó, fazer pregas na horizontal e enrolar em forma de caracol. Polvilhar com canela cada rosa, colocar na forma e levar ao forno a 180.º durante 25 minutos.</div>

À parte, bati 4 gemas com 5 colheres de açúcar até ficar em creme, juntei 125 gr de chocolate em pó com 2 colheres de sopa de margarina. Envolvi este preparado às claras e levei ao frigorífico. Preparei, entretanto, um pouco de chocolate ao lume com uma colherzinha de margarina e açúcar. Coloquei em fio por cima da mousse com umas folhinhas de hortelã.</span><br />

Decidi criar uma rubrica de <b>Cozinhologia vs. Cozinhoterapia</b>. A ideia é, de forma sucinta, apresentar a vertente terapeutica do alimento assim como a seu simbolismo na esfera astrológica.<br />

Gosto muito de cores, o verde é uma delas, de várias tonalidades, transmite paz interior e harmonia, é sinal de crescimento, de renovação e de plenitude, é cor da natureza viva, traz boas energias... e no que toca a culinária, também.<br />
Associada aos signos Touro, Balança e Virgem, os tons mais escuros ao Capricórnio e os tons mais claros ao Aquário e Peixes.<br />

Os alimentos verdes contêm clorofila, vitamina A e elevado número de substâncias químicas vegetais como a luteína e imidazol. Contribuem na desintoxicação de células, na inibição de radicais livres que danificam as células causando doenças a longo prazo, efeito anticancerígeno, melhoram a visão, fortalecem os ossos e os dentes, protegem o cabelo e a pele.<br />

Acho lindíssimo e muito apelativo, os bolos com cores mas naturais, sem corantes. Já pensaram na quantidade de vegetais que podem colorir os nossos bolos sem termos de recorrer a métodos artificiais?<br />

Bater 6 ovos com 300 gr. de açúcar, juntar 1 copo de óleo de girassol, 1 copo de leite, 250 gr. de farinha, uma colher de chá de fermento e um molhinho de agrião. Ao utilizar agrião congelado, desfaz-se ao bater tudo com a batedeira - é mesmo essa a ideia.</div>

Bater 6 ovos com 300 gr. de açúcar, juntar 1 copo de óleo, 1 copo de leite, 250 gr. de farinha e uma colherzinha de fermento. Pôr a forma em lume brando com um copo de açúcar, depois de o caramelo estar pronto, forrar com metades de fruta, optei pelo pêssego. Levar ao forno a 180º.<br />

Forramos um aro com metades de morangos e preparamos a<i> mousseline</i>: abrimos uma vagem de baunilha e colocamos as suas sementes em 250 ml de leite ao lume. À parte batemos, com varas, 2 ovos com 125 gr de açúcar, adicionamos 35 gr de farinha. A esse preparado juntamos o leite fervido em fio e voltamos a pôr em lume brando até engrossar. Levei ao lume 1 pacote de natas frescas com 2 colheres de açúcar sem deixar levantar fervura. Retirei do lume e juntei 1 colherzinha de extrato de baunilha e 2 folhas de gelatina incolor que, entretanto, diluí.</div>

Verti o preparado em forminhas individuais e levei ao frigorífico de um dia para o outro.</div>

Para acompanhar, preparei uma geleia de maracujá e outra de groselha. Empratei com umas groselhas e uma sementes de maracujá que aproveitei das geleias. </div>

Tender a massa com a ajuda de um rolo e forrar uma tarteira ou um aro - eu fiz com um aro - previamente untado com margarina. Encher o fundo com feijões sobre uma folha de papel vegetal e levar ao forno até dourar.<br />

Cortei 4 lombos de salmão aos cubinhos e temperei com alho, sal e pimenta. Salteei em azeite, juntei cenoura previamente cozida, também cortada em pedacinhos e por fim, para não se desfazerem, juntei bróculos cozidos laminados. Coloquei numa tarteira, reguei com 3 ovos batidos, 1 pacotinho de bechamel, mozzarela ralada e umas azeitonas.</div>

A massa é composta por:<br />

150 gr de açúcar<br />
150gr de margarina derretida<br />
200gr de farinha<br />
2 colheresde chá de fermento<br />
6 colheres de sopa de leite<br />

Bater o ovo com o açúcar, juntar a margarina, a farinha, o fermento e o leite. Verter o preparado para uma tarteira untada com margarina com farinha e levar a 180º cerca de 20 minutos.<br />
<br />
Cobrir a tarte com o creme que entretanto preparámos cerca de 10 minutos ao lume (200 gr de amêndoa laminada + 125 gr de açúcar + 125 gr de margarina + 4 colheres de sopa de açúcar).<br />
<br />
Levar ao forno a dourar e depois é só saborear.<br />

No passado fim de semana, aproveitámos para acender o forno de lenha e fiz este pãozinho maravilhoso. A courgette ralada concentrou-se no centro do bolo criando o efeito de recheio. Na parte logo de baixo da courgette parecia quase que uma massa pudim criada pela humidade do tão prezado legume.<br />

300 gr de açúcar batidas com 6 gemas, juntando-se um copo de óleo e outro de leite. Seguem 250 gr de farinha com uma colherzinha de fermento. Adicionam-se finalmente as claras em castelo. Forno a 180º e saborear!</div>

1 dente de alho<br />
50 ml de azeite<br />
1 colher de chá de fermento<br />
1 colher de chá de sal<br />
400 g de farinha T65<br />

Triturei o dente de alho no azeite e água morna, diluí o fermento nessa mistura que juntei à farinha e sal. Amassei e fiz uma bola que deixei levedar cerca de 2 horas.<br />

Depois de crescida, estiquei a massa que salpiquei com azeite e alecrim, juntei azeitonas e presunto.<br />

Fiz uma outra com bacon, tomate cherry, manjericão e mozzarella, sugestão que apreciei do <a href="http://paobolosecia.blogspot.pt/2009/06/focaccia-de-bacon-tomate-cherry.html" target="_blank">Pão, Bolos e Cia</a>.<br />
